Gunner Holding provides equipment leasing for businesses across industries and driver recruiting support for trucking companies. Each company is reviewed and validated before approval. This Privacy Policy explains information used by this website and the intended inquiry process.

When you submit a form, the inquiry is recorded and assigned a confirmation number. A confirmation is emailed to you and an inquiry notification is emailed to Gunner Holding. Both use the same confirmation number.

Information you provide

A leasing inquiry asks for company and contact details, equipment requirements, quantity, location, timing, and preferred lease duration. Optional carrier identifiers and additional details help explain the request.

Driver interest asks for your name, contact details, location, CDL status and issuing state where applicable, experience, contact preference, and optional availability notes or other non-sensitive information relevant to the inquiry. It identifies Gunner Holding as the recruiting coordinator. General interest is not assigned to a specific company and is not a complete carrier application.

The contact form asks for your name, email, topic, message, and optional company and phone. A partner or affiliate inquiry introduces your business for individual company review. Public forms do not request Social Security numbers, birth dates, license images, medical documents, immigration documents, criminal histories, previous salaries, payment details, or banking information. Please leave sensitive information out of free-text fields.

Technical and security information

The hosting service may process limited connection information, including IP addresses, request time, device/browser information, and security events to serve and protect the website. Form responses are not cached. The application does not place inquiry details into URLs, public lookup pages, advertising systems, or analytics.

Form protection uses a honeypot and short-lived, salted technical identifiers for rate limiting. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the inquiry database. Diagnostic application messages avoid submitted names, email addresses, messages, and other personal form content.

Why inquiry information is used

Information is used to understand equipment requirements, review a driver-interest inquiry, answer a general message, contact you about the request, document the privacy acknowledgment, and protect the forms against misuse. It is not an equipment reservation, lease approval, job offer, or carrier safety clearance.

Contact about an inquiry is the intended scope. The acknowledgment is not a marketing subscription, automated marketing call/text consent, background-check authorization, or a liability release. No advertising or unrelated partner distribution is included.

General driver interest and partner sharing

General driver-interest information is received by Gunner Holding’s authorized recruiting team. This form does not choose a specific company or automatically send candidate information to partner or affiliate companies.

If a relevant opportunity is discussed, the approved company and the intended information sharing are explained before information is passed on. Any opportunity-specific sharing must follow the applicable notice and permissions. The company handles its own formal application, driver qualification review, and driver agreement. General inquiries are not automatically distributed to trucking companies.

Service providers and email

This website uses hosted infrastructure that includes Cloudflare for delivery and security. Images are served with the website, and system fonts avoid external font requests. Hosting providers may process limited technical information to operate and protect the site.

Cloudflare D1 stores inquiries and notification records. Resend processes confirmation and notification emails, including email addresses and the message content needed for delivery. Gunner Holding receives inquiries at gunnerholding@gmail.com. Driver information is not automatically forwarded to partner companies.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry details, confirmation numbers, privacy acknowledgments, and email delivery records are stored server-side. A confirmation number identifies the inquiry for follow-up; it does not grant access to the record.

Inquiry information is retained as needed to review and respond to requests, manage related business discussions, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can request deletion by emailing gunnerholding@gmail.com. Requests are reviewed in light of any ongoing relationship or recordkeeping need.

Security practices

The website uses HTTPS to encrypt data in transit. Inquiry records remain server-only, accessed through authenticated provider tools, with validated inputs and durable notification records. There is no public inquiry database or public administration page.

No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Please use the public forms only for initial inquiry information. Financial and driver-qualification documents are not needed here.

Cookies and tracking

The website does not use advertising pixels, session replay, marketing analytics, or browser storage for inquiry records. Cloudflare may set necessary security cookies, including __cf_bm, to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. This cookie normally expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Hosting services may also use cookies needed for access and security.

If optional tracking or other processors are introduced, the policy and any necessary choices will be updated to reflect the actual services.
